Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP represents lawyers and law firms in partnership and other business disputes. FKB has experience in representing clients in both the courts and private arbitration concerning complex partnership disputes where one or more partners or former partners bring claims against a firm and its management.

FKB has both defended and prosecuted claims for breach of partnership agreement, breach of fiduciary duty, and wrongful partner termination claims, as well as partnership compensation claims by individual partners against firm management (after a partner has left a firm).
