On September 15, 2010, Mike Furman and several New York lawyers professional liability practitioners participated in an LPL continuing legal education seminar for the New York State Bar Association CLE seminar entitled "Protecting Your Practice: Risk Management for Solo/Small Firms."

This seminar, which took place at the Concierge Conference Center (midtown) was also aired live via webcast and was chaired by Marian Rice, Esq., of L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita & Contini, L.L.P. Mike Furman presented the segment on "Competency in Area of Practice."
