FKB's Mike Furman will be a featured speaker at the NYSBA Trial Lawyers Section Summer Meeting in Lake Placid on August 1, 2011.

FKB's Mike Furman will present a one-hour CLE course entitled "Risk Management for Trial Attorneys: Pre-Trial and Trial Errors That Can Lead to Malpractice Claims, Duty of Care, Departure From the Standard of Care, Causation and Damages" at the upcoming New York State Bar Association Trial Lawyers Section Summer Meeting in Lake Placid on August 1, 2011.

Mike Furman currently serves as the Chairman of the Lawyers Professional Liability Committee of the NYSBA Trial Lawyers Section, and is the First Judicial District Representative for the Trial Lawyers Section.
