On June 6, 2011, Dominion Insurance Services, the approved fiduciary professional liability insurance provider for the National Guardianship Association ("NGA") circulated an article to all members of the association written by Andrew R. Jones, Esq. and Florence N. Lishansky, Esq. entitled Fiduciary Professional Liability Insurance – Evolution of a Need.

Dominion Insurance Services assists NGA members in securing the errors & omissions ("E&O") liability coverage they require. The NGA sponsored program is a members only benefit underwritten through Lloyd's of London and is specifically tailored to professional fiduciaries' coverage needs.
