FKB's Mike Furman will be a speaker at the American Conference Institute's 2nd National Forum on LPL/Legal Malpractice in New York City on January 28, 2010. Mike will participate in a panel discussion on the topic of cooperation between law firms, defense counsel and legal malpractice carriers in the defense of legal malpractice claims and the reduction of LPL risk exposures.

FKB's Joshua Sandberg and Bain Loucks helped prepare the written materials for the conference.
