Mike Furman obtains a defense verdict for a landmark building in Kings County Supreme Court following a three week jury trial. 5/7/09

Plaintiff fell down an elevator shaft in a landmark commercial building in lower Manhattan, sustaining catastrophic injuries. FKB represented the building owner. Following a three week jury trial in Kings County Supreme Court before Hon. Lawrence S. Knipel, J.S.C., FKB's Mike Furman obtained a defense verdict.
