Lynn M. Dukette, born in Annapolis, Maryland, is an associate attorney specializing in legal malpractice, professional liability and miscellaneous professional liability. Ms. Dukette defends insurance agents and brokers, lawyers and other professionals in the federal and state courts, and has substantial appellate experience.

Ms. Dukette is a 2002 graduate of Lehigh University and a 2005 graduate of Pace University School of Law. After earning her law degree, she practiced in the area of general liability litigation in an insurance defense firm. She then associated with a national insurance defense firm, where she defended lawyers and other professionals before joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP in 2008.

Ms. Dukette is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association.
