Joshua B. Sandberg, born in New Hyde Park, New York, is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of legal malpractice, miscellaneous professional liability, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Sandberg has successfully defended lawyers, insurance brokers and other professionals in the federal and state courts, and has substantial appellate experience.

Mr. Sandberg is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. After earning his law degree in June 2004, he practiced general liability litigation in an insurance defense firm. He then associated with a national insurance defense firm, where he defended lawyers and other professionals before joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP in 2008.

Mr. Sandberg is admitted to practice in the State of New York (2005).
