Alex T. Paradiso, Associate

 

Alex T. Paradiso, born in Rochester, New York, is an associate attorney specializing in legal malpractice, professional liability, and insurance coverage litigation.

Mr. Paradiso received his B.A. in history and political science from the University of Rhode Island and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Paradiso was Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, where he published Prosecutorial Regulation of Off-Label Promotion: Sidestepping the Courts and Congress to Tax Suspect "Big Pharma" Marketing, 60 SYRACUSE L. REV 161 (2009). While in law school, Mr. Paradiso served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.

Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP in 2012, Mr. Paradiso was an associate at a major international law firm. Mr. Paradiso represented numerous individuals and corporations in civil and criminal actions, government investigations, and healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.

Mr. Paradiso is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York.
